Delivery Service

You can rest assured that no matter what size your order that your items will be delivered in a timely manner. Moreover any order above £20 in value qualifies for free delivery. All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post in protective packaging.

Delivery Cost

Delivery for orders over £20 in value is totally FREE. The delivery rate for orders below £20 in value is £2.00.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 18.00 the next working day. All orders are sent via First Class Post so should they arrive with you the day after dispatch. However during busy periods deliveries may take longer.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently only offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer an international delivery service. Deliveries to non Uk mainland addresses and outer regions may take longer.

Christmas Deliveries

We will advise of the last order date before Christmas shortly.

My Delivery Has Not Arrived

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post and should arrive within 1-5 days depending on the time of year. If you have not received your delivery after 14 days please email us at returns@wristkandi.com stating that you have not received your items. We will then take the matter up with the Royal Mail and persue them for compensation using your email as evidence.
